Royal Center is a versatile sport center to be located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. This building complex will include a sports arena, a spa hotel and a parking house. There will be floorball courts, indoor tennis courts,  badminton courts and padel courts in the sports arena. Wellness center’s wide range of services will be complemented by professional sports massagers and physiotherapists.

A family-oriented Royal Sport Hotel will be located in the south part of the building complex, with a direct access to the recreational facilities offered by the sports arena. The hotel will have 300 rooms, all with stunning sea views or views to downtown Helsinki. Hotel’s own spa section will provide a refreshing and relaxing getaway.

Responsibility and sustainable development are the major focuses in the design and implementation of the Royal Center. The design phase takes into account the changing societal demands and creates an ecological basis for a well-functioning and balanced entity.
