Kiljava hospital renovation / Kiljavan sairaalan peruskorjaus
Nurmijärvi, FinlandExtensive renovation and alteration of use of an old tuberculosis sanatorium, built in 1930’s, into a modern rehabilitation hospital. A program consists of five rehabilitation sections (e.g. neurological-orthopaedical- and medicogeriatric), and pool section. A total of 120 place hospital rooms are designed in terms of individual therapy. Psychiatry center for adolescent as well as day-care center were also designed on this scenic plot.
