New Maternity and Neonatal Intensive Care Building / Keski-Suomen keskussairaalan laajennus, synnytysvastaanotto ja vastasyntyneiden osasto
Jyväskylä, FinlandThe module structured hospital building of Central Finland Health Care District provides facilities such maternity department and neonatal intensive care unit. The hospital was built by using steel structured space elements, which enabled very short construction time. The planning of the hospital building as well as the actual construction phase was both accomplished in 9 months. The modules can be transferred and reinstalled later while building Central Finland Health Care District’s new hospital, which will be finished in 2017.
